Q:  Does Soxial Marketing do all marketing for me? 

A:  No, Soxial Marketing simply helps your audience widen and have your page seen by more people.  You still make the postings. And you still have control of your account.  By doing this, you have control of how you want your page to be viewed.  And your page stays true to the heart of your business.  

 

Q:  How often should I be posting if you are getting me followers?

 A:  We strongly recommend that you post daily.  People that are sent to your page will want to see new content.  If you are unable to post daily, we understand sometime things happen.  But as long as you are consistent in your postings that will be great!   

 

Q:  What should my growth performance be? 

A:  The growth rate of your account depends on the quality of the content you post. If you are consistently posting great high quality content, you can expect to grow much faster. People like to see good interesting content so be sure to post quality content as much as possible! You can expect to gain at least the amount of followers listed in your plan each month with us as well as by posting quality content often. Remember posting daily helps us help you reach the number of followers that you want.  

 

Q:  What process do you follow to grow my account? 

A:  We target Instagram followers that already follow similar accounts to yours and engage with their profile. We temporarily follow, then unfollow these targeted accounts in an attempt to get them to follow back. It is all organic growth, so by targeting similar accounts’ followers we are able to grow your Instagram following. Growth is all done manually by your account manager.

 

Q:  When should I start seeing progress in my account? 

A:  Once your account has been setup, we immediately begin working on growing your followers. Please be patient as we are growing your followers organically and we do NOT sell followers or likes. You should expect to start seeing results within the first week. We work hard on finding you quality followers over time that will interact with your account.

 

Q:  Do you need to have access to my Instagram? 

A:  Yes. It is required you share your username and password to your account. This will allow our state of the art software and the account manager assigned to you to start the process of growing your followers. No worries. This is 100% safe and easy, we will be helping you on every step of this process.

 

Q:  Does your team grow Likes as well? 

A:  No. We just focus on gaining more followers, not likes, because we cannot control that. However, with great high quality photos and videos you can expect to gain more likes as well. It is important to invest in the best content for your profile to look professional throughout.

 

Q:  Can I have more than one Soxial IG account? 

A:  Yes, you can be a franchise and have a Soxial IG account for each of your franchisees. If you have multiple brands or companies we would be happy to help you grow each and every one of them. Or one for each of your Instagram accounts.  

 

Q:  Can I change my target audience and the hashtags I use? 

A:  Yes!  Simply email your account manager (you will receive this information after you register) and they simply change it within our system.  

 

Q:  What does organic followers mean? 

A:  An organic follower means the people that come across your page are real people that like the content you post and follow you. In contrast to organic growth, inorganic growth is faked by buying followers. We are not that kind of service. We get you real followers to your account we DO NOT sell you fake followers.
